KATE CUTLER
Entrepreneurial executive (and former attorney) who as a founder grew bkr from a prototype to an A-list brand distributed from a fast-growing website and in the most prestigious retailers in the world: Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Anthropologie, Neiman Marcus, Harrods, Selfridges, Mecca, Galleries Lafayette and countless spas, hotels and boutiques.
Kate is adept at helping brands identify their own unique positioning. She works with brands to develop compelling and differentiating brand stories. She then takes that clear and cohesive story and ensures it is woven consistently into every touchpoint of the brand. And, if a brand needs more she can join as a co-founder for hire and dive in to all aspects of brand building.

Dynamic and personable, Mary is a commercial growth strategist with more than two decades of experience launching and scaling brands in partnership with Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Macy’s and other leading retailers. Passionate about brand building, she creates clear paths to market and commercially grounded strategies for omnichannel growth.
Mary brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by senior leadership across U.S. and international wholesale, e-commerce, training and education, and flagship retail operations. She excels at aligning brand vision, consumer positioning and retailer expectations to build collaborative partnerships and sustainable growth.
